*****DESIGNER DIVA DELIGHTFUL PUPS*****

SHIPPING

Every effort is taken by us to insure that your puppy is delivered in a healthy and sound condition.   It would be great if you are able to come pick up your puppy yourself to eliminate any elements of shipping; however, for most new owners we understand that limited time and costs effect  the possibilities of shipping.    Thus, to eliminate not only stress on the new puppy, but the new puppy owner "you", we have searched out the best way to get your puppy to you.    Further,  we are always looking for alternate ways to insure an even better way of shipping.

If an air flight is needed to get your puppy to you, we have found an excellent shipper who transports to either Kansas City, Missouri  or Denver, Colorado, from Nebraska in a facility that acclimates your puppy properly with heated/air-conditioned rooming until it is placed on the airplane.   The puppy will fly on the best accommodative airline available which takes into consideration the quickest flight to get your puppy to you.   The airlines used are only those that are customized to transporting live cargo with special facilities to maintain the well-being of your puppy.

Airfares have gone up since January, 2009 and again this summer, 2009;  most shipping runs $350 to cover the following:   1) airfare,   2) airline approved  Deluxe crate, 3) travel containers; 4) Health Certificate along with the cost of a 5)Veterinarian office call & 6) full veterinarian exam (7.   Additional Rabies vaccination is given to comply with each individual State’s requirement for shipping).   There are special conditions that may warrant more of an expense, such as: shipments to Idaho, Montana, Alaska and Canada.    However, we have found that most shipping to most major airports within the U.S. is running $350 ---

We have found that more flights are secured by using mid-week (Wednesday or Thursday for flights out of Kansas City  or Denver)  as our shipping day; exceptions would include holidays or extreme weather conditions.

Each airlines and airport accommodate the puppies differently, and thus you will need to contact the airlines/airport upon receipt of your air flight information to determine where your puppy will be located at the time of arrival.   Once your puppy has left us, the airlines will be in contact with you, the buyer, if any changes occur en route.  Please make sure you provide information as to who will be picking up your puppy, as the name must appear on the Airway Bill for security purposes.

We also have a coordinator for flights that works out of the Denver, Colorado area to connect flights from Denver to other major cities within the U.S.  -- so there are alternatives when it comes to offering the new puppy the best flights and the shortest flights to you.

Please understand that each airlines as well as federal agencies have their own set of regulations which we must comply with.  So, please be advised that we will do our very best to make sure your puppy comes on the Due Date we have given you, however, there are circumstances that are beyond our control, i.e.:  weather conditions, airplane mechanical problems,  or that the flights and layovers do not comply with the regulations set forth by the airlines or federal agencies.  There are so many factors that go into making the trip a successful  flight for your puppy, and the people that we deal with that arrange these flights have been doing this for many years and they do know all the in-and-outs of all the quirks involved.  We ask that you please  have patience if mother nature or flight schedules are not lining up to get your puppy to you as expected.  Many times the airport that may be listed as serviceable will not be at that specific time frame.       First of all and foremost  your puppy's well-being will be our major concern!!!

We request that you list 2 (two) major airports that are the closest to your location.   Your 1st choice will be the airport that we will try to use; however,  the 2nd choice of airport will be the alternative if for some reason we cannot get accommodations through the airport you first chose.  Extremely hot temperatures or extremely cold temperatures, along with other situations may cause us to utilize whichever flight pattern will be best for the puppy.   We ask that you begin to make provisions for either airports you have selected, so that complications do not arise at the time your puppy is ready to GO!!!!   Please remember, our first concern will be for your puppy, we hope you will also trust our judgment for your new baby.
